DS Strategy Stack
A second brain for running strategic projects in Claude Code. Persistent memory, structured workflows, and a live dashboard so nothing falls through the cracks.

The problem
Strategy projects generate an enormous amount of context -- call notes, competitor research, market sizing, scoring matrices, exec memos. Most of it lives in someone's head or scattered across docs nobody reads twice.
And if you're using AI to help, every new conversation starts from zero. You re-explain the landscape, re-share the research, re-establish the hypothesis. It's like briefing a new consultant every morning.
How it works
Memory layer
Structured files Claude reads and writes to automatically. Research, decisions, discovery insights, scoring -- all retained across sessions.
Context snapshots
Pre-computed summaries with three loading modes (Fast, Standard, Deep) so you only pay for the context you need.
Evidence grading
Every claim is tagged Confirmed, Secondary, Inference, or Assumption. The brain remembers how confident it is.
Kill conditions
Falsifiable thresholds that tell you when to stop or pivot. The system watches for signals that challenge your hypothesis.
Workflow recipes
The real value shows up in chained workflows, not individual skills. Four recipes ship with the stack — narrative playbooks you read end-to-end before running.
Competitive landscape
Map a market, produce a competitor memo, evaluate a pivot
First discovery call
Your first prospect, partner, or target interview
Weekly strategic review
End of every work-week — repeating cadence
Pressure-test a pivot
Before any hard-to-reverse strategic change

The /onboard wizard configures everything based on your project type. Pick one, answer a few questions, and you're running.
Your first 30 minutes
The scaffolder asks four questions (name, project type, structure level, and whether to drop in a fully populated demo project). Then /onboard configures everything and prints your next 3 moves.
